JPRD Youth Basketball League Playoff Pairings
For the first time ever their will be a postseason for the teams in the Jackson Parish Youth Basketball League in the following divisions:
Age 13-14 Boys
Age 11-13 Girls
Age 11-12 Boys
Age 9-10 Boys
Playoff games will be played at the Jonesboro-Hodge High School (JHHS) girls and boys gymnasiums at the times and locations shown in the brackets below.
Exciting News From JPRD Sports Complex
Jackson Parish Recreation Department Director Justin Dodson announces that new turf is currently being installed on the baseball and softball fields at the JPRD Sports Complex. As a result, the fields will be off limits for the remainder of the month of February.
JPRD To Livestream Baseball/Softball Games
Not able to attend a youth league baseball or softball game this spring. NO WORRIES! For the first time ever, the Jackson Parish Recreation Department has teamed up with Sports Engine to live-stream all games played at the Sports Complex. Cameras will be placed in the outfield and behind home plate, so viewers will have access to full coverage of the games. Stay tuned to learn how to log in and watch the games.
Sponsorships for Baseball/Softball Leagues Being Taken
It’s that time of year again to get our Baseball/Softball/T-ball Season underway. We would appreciate your help in showing your support to the Youth of our Parish by sponsoring a team and purchasing a banner to display on a field. If you would be willing to do so, the cost is $200.00 per sponsorship, which includes the banner.
Please send checks or money orders made payable to JPRD at PO Box 315, Jonesboro, LA 71251. We will begin drafting teams in the 1st week of March 2026, so please send your sponsorship and money in by this time.
