The LHSAA released its All-State teams for Classes B and C, with several locals represented. Leading the way was recently retired Saline boys basketball coach, being named Coach of the Year in Class C. 

Named to the first team of their respective classifications were Brayden Smith of Quitman in Class B and Eli Ferguson of Salin in Class C.

Second team All-State representatives included Anna Claire Leach of Quitman High on the girls’ Class B team and Morgan Cheatwood from the Saline girls’ Class C squad. Earning Honorable Mention are Brayden Martin of Quitman High in Class B and Gavon Dailey of Saline in Class C.
