Jonesboro-Hodge Elementary School Holds D.A.R.E. 5th Grade Graduation

The 2025-26 D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) graduation continued as the Jackson Parish Sheriff’s Office (JPSO) celebrated the 5th Grade D.A.R.E. graduation at Jonesboro-Hodge Elementary School (J-HES) on Friday, March 27th, while students across Jackson Parish completed the program.

The J-HES D.A.R.E. class was taught by School Resource Officer (SRO) Cole Stevenson with support from the JPSO D.A.R.E. as they continue working throughout the parish to invest in students and their futures.

Students recognized for their acheivements include:

Workbook Winners

Morgan Osborne’s essay was selected as the overall winner for J-HES and will now be submitted at the district level for the opportunity to advance in the state competition.

Thank you to the J-HES administration, teachers, staff, and families for their continued support of the D.A.R.E. program.
