The 10th Annual Gumbo Cook-Off and Spring Festival will be held on Saturday, May 2nd, at Hook’s Marina on Caney Lake, located at 400 Spillway Road, Chatham, LA. 

Brought to you by the Caney Lake Community Foundation, the family fun begins at 9:00 am and goes until 3:00 pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit with and shop the wares presented by local craft vendors, take part in a live auction, and vote for the People’s Choice Best Gumbo Award. Samples of the entries in the Gumbo Cook-Off will be available for purchase at noon.
