Jonesboro Study Guild Features Jackson Parish 4-H at Monthly Meeting

Jonesboro Study Guild with Jackson Parish 4-H Members

Four members representing Jackson Parish 4-H, along with Director Kristina Bourgeois, were the special guest speakers at the regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the Jonesboro Study Guild (JSG), held on April 28th. 

Sharing their experiences were Gracie Bourgeois of Grace Christian Academy in Jonesboro, Evie Carpenter of Quitman High School, and Makayla Johns and Madison Turner, both from Weston High School. 

Speaking on a wide variety of topics, from fashion to livestock to travel to community service, and opportunities to develop and display talents such as art and vocal performance, the quartet gave personal insights into how these programs have positively impacted their growth, skills, and confidence.

Jonesboro Study Guild members in attendance were Mary Saulters, Marilyn Walker, Jolene Carson, Stacy Albritton, Glo Weaver, Rosemary Ewing, Christy Weeks, Eileen Morissette, Joann Teat, and Wilda Smith.
