
The Jackson Parish Ambulance Service District (JPASD) is proud to announce funding through a partnership with the Living Well Foundation to launch CARE360, a new Community Health Program dedicated to building a healthier, safer, and stronger Jackson Parish.
Thanks to this funding, JPASD will be launching an Autism & Awareness Program, Street Survival & Homelessness Program, Maternal and Infant Program, Senior Fall Prevention Program and Youth Outreach Safe at Home & Safe Sitter Program.
These programs are all about care, connection, and community. The JPASD looks forward to offering meaningful support and opportunities to everyone in Jackson Parish. Stay tuned for more information and events associated with each of these programs.
About Living Well Foundation
The Living Well Foundation is a nonprofit public charity established in 2006. Its goals are to enhance the quality of life and health of citizens in northeast Louisiana and to support collaborative and innovative networking within the region through projects that aim to improve the medical, dental, and behavioral health of the population, especially kids. Specific initiatives include dental hygiene clinics, suicide prevention/intervention, dementia and Alzheimer ‘s-related cognitive deficits, and school-based health centers with local school boards and medical providers, including federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and others.
