
The Louisiana 4-H Shooting Sports Team, which includes four team members and two coaches from Jackson Parish, has claimed its third consecutive and sixth National Championship, showcasing incredible skill, dedication, and sportsmanship on the national stage at Grand Lake, Nebraska.
Representing Jackson Parish and helping claim yet another national championship were team members Rainey Gregory, Nathan Pierce, Avery Dark, and Gavin Garner, as well as coaches Bob Davis and Heath Hall.
“This remarkable achievement is a testament to the hard work of our youth, the commitment of their coaches and volunteers, and the unwavering support of their families and parish programs,” said Jackson Parish 4-H Director Kristi Bourgeois. “Congratulations to our national champions for representing Louisiana 4-H with excellence. Your hard work has truly paid off, and all of Louisiana is proud of you!”
