In an effort to be as prepared as possible for the basketball season, which begins in December, the coaching staff of the Jonesboro-Hodge Elementary School (JHES) boys and girls basketball teams will begin practicing soon.

“Our coaches are contacting the players to let them know when practices will begin in preparation for the elementary season which will begin in December,” said JHES principal Danielle Copeland.

The JHES girls team will be led by Carlette Lyles and Pam McConnell, while the boys team will be coached by Isaiah Dill. Players who will make up the girls and boys teams are shown below.
