Jonesboro Police Department Participates in Multi-Agency Traffic Enforcement Operation

The Jonesboro Police Department was proud to participate in a multi-agency traffic safety enforcement operation alongside the Louisiana State Police and the West Monroe Police Department. This operation reflects the value of law enforcement agencies working together toward one common purpose: protecting the traveling public and improving roadway safety.

During the operation:

  • Standardized Field Sobriety Tests Administered: 2
  • Seat Belt Violations: 18
  • Child Restraint Violations: 10
  • No Driver’s License: 1
  • Suspended Driver’s License: 1
  • No Insurance: 1
  • Non-Hazardous Violations: 4
  • Possession of CDS I (Ecstasy): 1
  • Possession of Marijuana Summons: 2
  • Child Safety Seat Adjustments: 3
