The winners of the 9th annual Fourth of July Caney Lake Freedom Celebration Flotilla have been announced by the Caney Lake Community Foundation. Coming in first place was the entry “Barn” in the USA, submitted by Renea Wells and family.

As part of the 4th of July Caney Lake Celebration, the flotilla that was led by Grand Marshals Benson and Cherie Bagwell left the launch at Hook’s Marina, traversed the lake to the Lakeshore Bridge to the delight of homeowners and well-wishers, and then returned to Hook’s Marina.
