Attention all JHHS and JHMS students who wish to take part in the “Tropical Thunder” Marching Band. If you wish to be a member of the JHHS marching band, you need to prepare to attend Band Camp that is scheduled for July 27 – August 13. The first two days (July 27-28) are for JHMS members only. The camp will run from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday through Thursday each week. Participants are asked to wear a white T-shirt, black shorts, and tennis shoes, while also bringing 2 cases of water and an proof of an updated physical. The band fee is $150.00 for high school students and $100.00 for Middle School students.

JHHS Flagline Tryouts

As part of the Band Camp, young ladies in the sixth grade and up will have the opportunity to try out for the award-winning JHHS Flagline. If you love to dance and want to represent your school, then come each day to the band hall on the JHHS campus from 8:00 – 3:00 pm Monday – Friday during July 27 – August 13. Participants should wear a white T-shirt, black shorts, and tennis shoes, bring a positive attitude, and be ready to work.
