By completing the balance score test and identifying fall hazards in the home, JPASD can recommend and provide helpful safety solutions, including: a newly installed shower grab bar, a new walking cane, nightlights for the hallway and bathroom, and non-slip socks. The goal is to help older adults remain safe, independent, and confident in their own homes.
