Cherrise Bryan Appreciates Support

To all my voters, supporters, and friends during the November 3, 2026 election.

Thank you for your support. First and foremost, I want to thank God, who has given me the courage, strength, and determination to endure unto the end. I may not have won this election, but my commitment to children, education, and my community remains unchanged.

Thank you, voters, for your votes, your trust, and your belief in me and the vision I have for Jackson Parish School District. Thank you, gracious donors, for your generosity and for helping to provide campaign signs, flyers, and postcards. To those who allowed me to use your property to display my campaign signs, I sincerely appreciate your support. Thank you, encouragers, for the continuous prayers, kind words, and uplifting messages that kept me going on the challenging days. To my children, thank you for showing your support in your own way.

And a special thank you to my wonderful husband for standing right beside me throughout this journey – from driving through the communities and campaigning to helping with the many unexpected moments along the way – including shooing away the animals. You were there through it all.

These three months have been long, challenging, and at times, trying. However, I can honestly say that God has been with me every step of the way. I am grateful for the opportunity to have met many wonderful people and shared my vision for the school district. This journey has not only made me stronger, but it has also helped me to keep striving for what I believe in – “Putting Children First.”

My prayer is that the Jackson Parish School District will continue to put all children first in every decision made and that the needs, success, and well-being of our students will always remain the priority. Thank you again to everyone who voted for me, supported me, and stood with me throughout this journey.
