The agendas for the regularly scheduled monthly meetings of the Jackson Parish Police Jury (JPPJ) and School Board have been announced. Both bodies will meet on Monday, April 12th with the JPPJ slated to have their session that will be held at the Charles H. Garrett Community Center at 5:30 pm following the Public Hearing on the upcoming Sales Tax election that will take place prior. After months of meeting at the Jonesboro-Hodge High School Cafeteria the School Board will return to the friendly confines of the meeting room at the Central Office, located at 315 Pershing Hwy. in Jonesboro for a 6:00 pm session. Visitors are invited to attend but masks must be worn and social distancing is asked to be observed. Links to agendas for both public bodies are shown below.
