Two North Hodge police officers arrested after illegal search

As reported on KNOE-TV and various media outlets across the state, two North Hodge Police Officers were arrested on April 28th in connection with an illegal search. Katie McCormick and Christy Jinks were both charged with malfeasance in office. McCormick has since resigned and Jinks was suspended.

Justin Barr – Disturbing the Peace by public intoxication
James Martin Jr. – Possession of Schedule I & II drug, Possession of Legend Drug, Possession of drug paraphernalia, traffic offenses
James McDaniel – Theft
Ean Allen – Domestic Abuse Battery
Malcolm Cagnolatti III – Felony Theft
Elbert Higgs – Possession of Schedule I drug (2nd offense), Possession of drug paraphernalia, Careless Operation
Jonah Norred – Possession of Schedule II drug
Maxwell Horton – Unauthorized entry into an inhabited dwelling, out of state warrant
Dominque Davis – Possession of Legend Drug (5 counts), Possession of Schedule III & IV drug, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, traffic offenses
Nathaniel King – Possession of synthetic marijuana, Introduction of Contraband
LaDonovan Dill – Disturbing the Peace
Barry Boatner – Possession with intent to distribute Schedule I drug, traffic violations
Timothy S. Thomas – Theft
Lindsey Lester – Simple criminal damage to property, Disturbing the Peace
Joseph Malone – Warrant for cruelty to juveniles
April Brooks – Unauthorized entry into an inhabited building, Criminal trespass
Chelsea Jiles – Disturbing the peace
Krista Jordan – Possession of Schedule II drug
Shannon C. Davidson – Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle
Colby LaBlance – Domestic Abuse Battery, Aggravated Assault
Mike Powell – Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle
Rebecca Meredith – Simple burglary, Theft of a motor vehicle
Courtney Kinman – Simple battery, Resisting an Officer
Jason Keys – DWI (1st offense), traffic violations
