A Public Hearing has been called to take place on Tuesday, May 11th by both the Jonesboro and Chatham Board of Aldermen. Each hearing will precede the regularly scheduled monthly meeting. Both hearings will take place at 5:30 pm with the one in Jonesboro being held the Charles H. Garrett Community Center located at 182 Industrial Drive in Jonesboro while the Chatham Public Hearing will be held at the Town Hall. 

The item to be discussed in Chatham is:

Ordinance 2021-09 which amends Ordinance 12-145 of the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance

The hearing in Jonesboro will center on the following topics. 

Ordinance 2021-002 – General Fund
Ordinance 2021-003 – Water
Ordinance 2021 -004 – Sewer
Ordinance 2021 -005 – Louisiana Rural Water Association
