If you have hoop nets in Caney Lake consider yourself warned. You had best get them out of there and FAST! You should also be very grateful that the agents of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries made the announcement without taking measures to bring charges against the offenders.
In an act of mercy and kindness LDWF agents stopped by Bateaux’s Restaurant on Caney Lake on Saturday to announce that they knew that there were hoop nets in the lake and to spread the word that they need to be removed. Next time you might not be so lucky but find yourself as an infamous star on the new LA LAW series.
