That is the case in regard to the 100% / zero deficiency, score the Laboratory and Respiratory Department of the Jackson Parish Hospital earned in a recent Commission on Laboratory Accreditation (COLA) audit survey.
What is even more impressive is that this now marks the 3rd time in a row that the Jackson Parish Hospital Laboratory and Respiratory Department has scored 100% / no deficiencies!!
COLA is a leading national laboratory accreditor, whose program and standards enable clinical laboratories and staff to meet U.S. CLIA and other regulatory requirements.
By virtue of their perfect score the JPH Laboratory Department and Respiratory Department is now being considered for the COLA “Laboratory of Excellence Award”!
