The Louisiana Cross Country (LACC) series is coming to Jonesboro this Saturday, February 12th and Sunday, February 13th for the JPR Invitational to be held at the Jackson Parish Recreation Department Complex, located at 5254 Hwy 4 East.
The LA Cross-Country Series provides for fun, competitive, family oriented off-road racing at locations all over the state of Louisiana and neighboring states. Points are accumulated throughout the year and the racers in each class are recognized at a year-end awards ceremony in Lafayette, LA.
Adults race for 1 hour and 30 minutes and in most cases will run rain or shine. The starts will be dead-engine for the main event, different classes will be spaced 30 seconds apart, and the starting order will range from expert classes 1st…to beginner classes last.
