The Chairman position at the Jonesboro State Bank that has been held by a member of the Allen family since 1939 will again be passed as Charles H. “Chuck” Allen Jr. is retiring from service. Following in the footsteps of grandfather, I.J. “Mr. Joe” Allen and father, Harold Allen, the third generation Chairman will be honored with a celebration of his lifetime of service from 10:00am – 1:00pm on Wednesday, February 16th at the Jonesboro State Bank, located at 109 Jimmie Davis Boulevard. The staff of the Jonesboro State Bank has extended an open invitation for all to attend and help celebrate the joyous occasion. Coffee and refreshment will be served.
