Jonesboro Police Chief Dr. James “Spike” Harris spoke to students at the Jonesboro-Hodge Elementary School Career Day that took place on Wednesday, March 30th. In front of an entranced audience of young people “Spike” as he is affectionately known locally talked about growing up in Jonesboro, his accomplishments and provided great motivation to the students to work hard and strive to be the best they can be.
“It was a great honor for me to be able to speak to these young people who are the future of our community,” reflected Harris. “I really appreciate Principal Lee and the staff at J-HES for allowing me to speak.”
