Over 100 of the best boys and girls, ranging in ages from seven to twelve years old, will represent ten different All-Star teams from Jackson Parish in upcoming Dixie Youth and Little League District Tournaments.
Two of the boys teams and all three girls teams begin tournament play this coming Friday, June 17th. Both the 7U & 8U boys travel to Alexandria for their Dixie Youth District 8 tournament, while the three girls teams (8U Coach Pitch, 10U and 12U) will head to Bossier City for Little League District 5 Tournament play.
On Friday, June 24th, the 9U & 11U Dixie Youth boys team will head to Sabine Parish for tourney for District 8 tourney play while the 10U boys team travels to Jena. The JP12U boys get to stay at home for their district tournament play as the Jackson Parish Recreation Dept. Sports Complex will play host to the Dixie Boys District 8 12U Tourney beginning on Friday, July 8th.
