Police Jury Building & Grounds Committee to meet Monday, July 11th

The Jackson Parish Police Jury Building and Grounds Committee of Chairman Todd Culpepper, John McCarty and Tarneshala Cowens will me at 11:00am on Monday, July 11th. The session will take place in the Nathanial Zeno Jr. Meeting Room at the Jackson Parish Administrative Building, located at 160 Industrial Drive in Jonesboro.

Topics of discussion include: 

1. Consider and act on approving the use of the Dr. Charles H. Garrett Community Center for court purposes during the Jackson Parish Courthouse elevator modernization project.
2. Discuss and, if necessary, act on any conflicting dates that may occur with rentals of the Dr. Charles H. Garrett Community Center.
3. Consider and act on approving any overtime for the maintenance staff that could be incurred for the duration of the Jackson Parish Courthouse elevator modernization project.
4. Discuss and, if necessary, make recommendations for approving outside setups with rentals of the Dr. Charles H. Garrett Community Center.
