Larsen Thomas recognized by Hodge Pentecostal Church

It is the most read book in the world. Or it should be said, it is the book that has been PARTIALLY read by more people in the world. In actuality, very few people have read the Bible in it’s entirety and that normally is something that takes years to complete. One who has recently done this is Larsen Thomas.

The son of Kari and Wayne Thomas, not only read the Bible from cover to cover but proved his devotion to the “Word” by amazingly completing the task in just a six month period. Thomas completed the feat, following through with his commitment to the “Read the Bible” Project instituted by new Hodge Pentecostal Church youth pastors, Justin and Dyana Nelson.

“Of all the wonderful things he’s done – this I’m proud of the most,” stated his mother in a Facebook post.

Larsen, who is also a budding athlete at Quitman High School, was recognized by the leadership and congregation of the Hodge United Pentacostal Church this past Sunday during services where he received a basket full of training gear.
