Mary Lillian Sanders
December 11, 1931 – January 16, 2023
Mary Lillian Sanders passed away on Tuesday, January 16th in Jonesboro at the age of 91, gaining her heavenly wings after a brief illness. Born on December 11, 1931, she enjoyed a long marriage to her husband Elmer who preceded her in death. A loving mother, Mary Lillian is survived by three children, daughter Sandra Porter and husband Gary, son Steve Sanders and son Scott Sanders and wife Lynne.
Friends may visit with the family from 11:00am – 1:00pm on Friday, January 20th at the Southern-Edmonds Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro. The funeral service will begin at 1:00pm with Brother David Essmeier officiating. Burial will follow at the Gayla Traina Cemetery in Jonesboro under the direction of Southern-Edmonds Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Jason Porter, Timothy Porter, Heath Sanders, Kyle Sanders, and Danny Allen.
