The Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) team and the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) at Jonesboro Hodge Elementary School would like to recognize some outstanding stakeholders at our school:
Our Student of the Month, Kindergartener Alexa Martin, shown above receiving a $20 gift card and plaque for exemplifying what it means to be a Jonesboro-Hodge Tiger. Alexa Prepares herself for success, Acts respectfully, Works together with others and puts Safety first. Alexa is truly deserving of recognition for being a true ambassador of the PAWS motto.
Teacher of the Month, Tina Leonard is also recognized for going above and beyond the job description. Mrs. Leonard is a first-grade teacher here at Jonesboro-Hodge Elementary School and part of a dynamic professional learning community and a leader in the continued growth and success of our school. Mrs. Leonard is presented here with a gift card and plaque honoring her dedication to our students.
Last and certainly not least, Tristen Bergholtz, Counselor, is recognized as our Support Staff of the month. Mrs. Bergholtz has been invaluable as a stakeholder providing counseling services, coordinating a food pantry and closet for student needs, and so much more. She also plays a key role in reducing truancy and disciplinary issues at our school.
We are very lucky to have these three as stakeholders and hope you’ll join us in recognizing and applauding these outstanding Jonesboro-Hodge Elementary Tigers!
