The Jackson Parish Library is proud to announce that both the Jonesboro and Chatham Branches are now licensed “Safe Place” locations. The national outreach and prevention program works with agencies, community partners and volunteers to provide immediate help and safety for young people in need.
As part of the “Safe Place” program a hotline for teens is also available. If you are of the ages 13-19 and would like assistance send a text to SAFE and provide your current location. For immediate help text 4 HELP (44357)
