A very strong contingent of local members look forward to representing Jackson Parish in the upcoming State of Louisiana 4-H Shooting Sports Competition that is to be held April 15-23.
Twenty-three 4-H members has qualified in a single event while Eli Rowe, Luke Rowe and Garrett Dietrich has earned the right to shoot in two separate competitions that will take place in DeSoto and Caddo Parishes.
2023 4-H State Shooting Sports Qualifiers:
Air Pistol: Lane Diffey, Avery Dark, Rainey Gregory, Remington Gregory
Smallbore Pistol: Jakeb Potts
Smallbore Rifle: Joseph Delaney, Jana Potts
Shotgun: Eli Rowe, Luke Rowe, Hayden Seymore, Garrett Dietrich, Sebastian Guinn, Bryan McMillan, Gabriel Walsworth
Archery Senior: Easton Hall, Tyler Lay, Zachary Robinson, Camden Flynn, Garrett Dietrich
Archery Junior: Roman Strickland, Remington Williams, Evan Robinson, Addyson Garrett, Eli Rowe, Luke Rowe, Braxton Brown, Allie Middleton, Tucker Goss, Shepard Norred
