
The Jackson Parish Road Committee will meet at 1:15 pm on Tuesday, July 11th in the Nathanial Zeno, Jr. Meeting Room of the Jackson Parish Administrative Building, located at 160 Industrial Drive in Jonesboro.
Five items highlight the stated agenda that Chairperson Amy Magee, Todd Culpepper, and Lewis Chatham will consider. It is possible that a quorum of the Jackson Parish Police Jury (JPPJ) may be in attendance at the meeting, but no action of the Police Jury as a whole will be taken. Instead, any and all decisions made by the committee will be recommended to the full body of the JPPJ to take action on at their regularly scheduled monthly meeting on July 18th.
Agenda Items:
1. Discuss and make recommendations, if needed, concerning Road Department vacancies and the possible adjustment of the organizational chart.
2. Discuss and make recommendations if needed on ditching crew updates on status and scheduled progress.
3. Discuss and make recommendations if needed on asphalt crew updates on the completion of the road maintenance program.
4. Discuss and make recommendations if needed on future Road and Maintenance programs.
5. Discuss and recommend action, if necessary, on other Road Department concerns.
