Both the Jonesboro and Chatham Branches of the Jackson Parish Library will be closed on Friday, November 10th and Saturday, November 11th. The closure is in observance of Veterans Day, which is being recognized nationally this year on Friday, November 10th. Both branches will reopen on Monday. 

Halloween “Toy Story” Walk-Thru sets new attendance records

Obviously residents of Jackson Parish have come to know that there is hardly a better display of creativity evident than when the administration and staff of the Jackson Parish Library produces a “Walk-Thru” demonstration.

This is obvious by the record turnout of 1,825 patrons that came to view the depiction of “Toy Story” on Halloween despite it being one of the colder days of the year to date.
