Ryan Kate Wyatt

A star has been born!

Actually her rise to the stratosphere of elite youth softball players began a couple of years ago but with the success Ryan Kate Wyatt has achieved this summer, her glowing talent is now recognized across the entire nation

Earlier this summer,  Wyatt pitched the Jackson Parish 10U All-Stars to the Little League state championship, winning four games without allowing a single earned run.

After leading Jackson Parish to a third consecutive Little League state championship, the daughter of Ashley and Justin Wyatt of Weston received an invite to play in the 2024 USSSA 9U Open Championships  being played in Melbourne, FL.

There she was paired with nine others from all over the nation on the Blue Devils team. The setting was unique in that team members met each other for the first time this past Monday and had one practice together on Tuesday before tournament competition began. Seven games later, the Blue Devils were national champions.

Wyatt not only was dominant in the circle but also was the leader in the tournament in OPS with a 1.938 average, second in drawing walks and placed in the top ten in RBI’s.
