Jackson Parish 4-H Awards Scholarships to Area High School Graduates

Garrett Dietrich was named the recipient of the Jackson Parish Shooting Sports Scholarship

Congratulations go to five outstanding 2025 high school graduates from Jackson Parish who have been awarded scholarships through the Jackson Parish 4-H program. 

A total of five scholarships in all were presented, with Garrett Dietrich being named the recipient of the Jackson Parish Shooting Sports Scholarship while Ethan Bradford from Jonesboro-Hodge High School, Alley Hines of Weston High School, and Jake Potts and Eliza Guin both from Quitman High School all were awarded with the Jackson Parish 4-H Foundation Scholarship. 

“Jackson Parish 4-H will certainly miss these seniors as they head out to make their mark on the world,” said Jackson Parish 4-H Director Kristina Bourgeous. “These seniors have spent many an hour participating in 4-H activities from local to regional to statewide opportunities, and have seized every opportunity to make Jackson Parish 4-H proud.”
