The Jackson Parish School District is pleased to announce the selections for Student of the Year in the Elementary, Junior High, and High School divisions. As a testament to the overall quality of students at the three public schools in the parish, one winner each came from Jonesboro-Hodge, Quitman, and Weston High Schools. 

Selected for their hard work, leadership, and dedication both in and out of the classroom, each of them represents the very best of Jackson Parish Schools and will move forward to compete at the regional level.

Jackson Parish School District Students of the Year

Elementary Division: Audrey Lee – 5th Grade at Weston High School
Junior High Division: Amelia Staggs – 8th Grade at Quitman High School
High School Division: Destiny Smith – 12th Grade at Jonesboro-Hodge High School
