(Linda Horn) The Quitman High School FBLA students recently took part in the Louisiana FBLA State Leadership Conference in Lafayette at the Cajundome & Convention Center. The Conference included two General Sessions, workshops, State Officer Campaigns, Exhibits, and Competitive Events.
This Conference provides FBLA members with the opportunity to meet people from across the state who share similar career goals. The event brings fun, excitement, recognition, and opportunities for all FBLA members, while they learn and grow not only from their own experiences but also from those of other students.
Competitive events are categorized by Presentation, Objective Tests, Role Play, and Chapter Events. Leaders from Quitman High School who represent QHS FBLA are Mrs. Bonnie Goss and Mrs. Jessica Staggs. These Faculty members take great pride in ensuring their FBLA students receive the best education and experience to equip them for success in the career paths they pursue after High School.
