The week of April 19-25 is National Library Week, and in celebration, the administration and staff of both the Jonesboro and Chatham Branches of the Jackson Parish Library invite you to take part in “Love the Boot” cleanup activities beginning at 9:00 am, then enjoy free donuts upon returning afterward. Participants can then use their library card to check out a “Clean Up Kit” and get a free “Love the Boot” T-Shirt while supplies last.

On Saturday, April 25th, the Jonesboro Branch invites all for a sensory-friendly morning of fun and connection in recognition of Autism Acceptance Day from 8:00 – 11:30 am. Scheduled activities are Story Time with Roland at 9:00 am, with Sensory Craft time to follow at 10:00 am. Popsicles will also be served on the playground
