Jackson Parish 4-H Groups Seek Support With End-of-Year Service Project

What a great way to support not only your favorite Jackson Parish 4-H Club but also our community! Please join in assisting with their End-of-Year Service Project by helping build the community food pantry’s staple inventory.

Each of the local 4-H clubs is collecting donations for the His Hands Food Pantry, and, as part of a fun competition between clubs, structures made from the donated items will be built, with the most creative declared the winner.

Any type of non-perishable food donation is welcome, but this time of year, items such as boxed cereal, canned meats, peanut butter, and jelly are especially appreciated. Donations to the clubs can be dropped off at any participating school or at the Jackson Parish 4-H Office, located at 182 Industrial Drive in Jonesboro, in support of the Homeschool Club.

Help our clubs fill the Food Pantry shelves and show off their creative designs. The Jackson Parish 4-H thanks you in advance for your support.
