What better way to learn to play the sport of softball than by being taught by the current Coach of the Year and his staff, along with players who have won a state championship for three consecutive years?

That is what is being offered to the youth of Jackson Parish and the surrounding area as the Quitman High School softball team is holding its annual Softball Youth Camp at the Jackson Parish Recreation Department Sports Complex located at 5254 Hwy 4 East of Jonesboro. 

Taking place between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm on June 22nd, the camp offers developmental program instruction in Fundamental Training, Strategy and Positioning, and Pitching and Catching, along with a fun skills competition.
