Gary Joynor, President of the Jackson Parish Watershed Commission, announces that on June 12th, the Jackson Parish Ambulance Service District added two more life vest stations on Caney Lake, one each at Caney Landing and at the spillway boat launch.

Whether for bank fishing or boating, these life vests are United States Coast Guard (USCG)- certified in various sizes to prevent drowning and are intended for use and return. You are asked to respect others’ needs and not take one home with you.
