Harrell and Mitchell win 4 Corners Global Outreach Golf Tournament

Dwayne “Snook” Harrell and Peyton Mitchell fired an 8-under-par round of 64 to claim the Championship Flight of the annual 4 Corners Global Outreach 2-Man scramble golf tournament played at the Jackson Parish Golf Course on Saturday, June 27th that saw 23 team compete for prizes.

The pair of local golfers were two shots better than second-place finishers Rex Johnson and Tommy Cruse, who shot 6 under par to finish with a 66. The father-son team of Brent and Hudson Pullig came in third place after winning a scorecard playoff over David Broadway and Ritchie Tolar, both teams finishing with a five-under-par round of 67.

Winning the first flight was Rick Brown and Eddie P, with a one under par round of 71 which was one shot better than Shane Rollins and Michael and the team of Josie S and Brock H, both shooting even par 72 and finishing in second and third place via a scorecard playoff.
