Are you ready for some football? The season is quickly approaching, and the wait is nearly over as the calendar shows it is less than 30 days until the season kicks off with a controlled scrimmage at Delhi High School on August 21st. One week later (August 28), JHHS will participate in the annual Bayou Jamb where they will take on Beekman Charter at Malone Stadium on the campus of the University of Louisiana-Monroe (ULM), leading to the regular season opener on September 4th that will be played in the friendly confines of Caldwell-Peacock Stadium on the JHHS campus.
Tiger fans will get to enjoy four home games in the 2026 season, including an October 9th date for Homecoming and a Senior Night date on October 30th. Adding to the excitement is the beginning of several new rivalries as JHHS moves to District 4A, where they will play St. Mary’s (Natchitoches), Montgomery, Ringgold, Lakeview, and Logansport. Traditional foes Winnfield, Lincoln Prep, and Arcadia are also on the schedule, along with Lakeside (season opener) and Dehi Charter. (See Schedule Below)
