
Ronnie Caples

Ronnie F. Caples, age 72, of Quitman, Louisiana, passed away Saturday, July 25th 2026, at his home. Ronnie worked at Willamette Lumber Mill in Dodson for thirty-three years. In his free time, he enjoyed deer and squirrel hunting. He also liked watching and going to NASCAR and dirt car races and riding his four-wheeler. Ronnie raced at Super Bee Speedway in Chatham for many years in the number 38 Special. He was pretty hard to beat and was happiest on the tracks.
Ronnie is preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Terri Jean (Turner) Caples; children, Christopher, Tiffany, and Kristi Caples; parents, Howard Caples and Versie (Head) Caples; sister, Carol Whittington; brothers, Ernest Caples and Jimmy Dale Caples.
Those left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Chasity Caples; granddaughters, ShyAnna Caples and Donyelle Atkins; sisters, Shelia Bonnett and husband Coby, Terri Hauerwas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the family in the chapel of Southern-Edmonds Funeral Home Sunday, August 2nd 2026, from noon until the time of service. Funeral services are set to begin at 2:00 P.M. in the Southern-Edmonds Chapel, with Bro. Steve Matlock officiating.
Serving the family as honorary pallbearers will be Truett Irvin, Rodney Williams, Soloman Harper, Chris Love, Mitchell Lenard, and Eddie Atkins.
Brian Campbell
October 2, 1975 – July 18, 2026

Brian Campbell went to be with the Lord on July 18th. He was 50 years old. Open visitation will take place on Saturday, August 1st from 2:00 – 6:00 pm at the Paradise Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro. The Celebration of Life service will be at 1:00 pm on Sunday, August 2nd.
Anthony Winbush
July 6, 1966 – July 17, 2026

Anthony Winbush, age 60, gained his heavenly wings on July 17, 2-026. Viewing for family, friends, and well-wishers will take place from 9:00 – 11:00 am on July 29th in the Paradise Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro, with the Life Celebration service following.
