As a result of the continuing investigation into the September 14, 2026 homicide of Dmarqueon Rashad Nash on Cynthia Street in Jonesboro, the Jackson Parish Sheriff’s Office has made arrests in connection with the case.

Courtney Adams has been arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder. Curtis Woodard Jr. has been arrested and charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder.
