The Governing Board of Directors of Jackson Parish Hospital announces that a Public Hearing on the proposed hospital budget for the year ending September 30, 2027, will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, in the Jackson Parish Hospital Board Room, located at 165 Beech Springs Road in Jonesboro.

Board Chairman Chris Bowman will call the hearing to order and open the floor for public comments, limited to 5 minutes each. Afterward, the session will adjourn for the regularly scheduled meeting of board members Bowman, Dr. William J. Slusher, LPN Shontae Mims, and Kim Hutchinson. Also expected to attend are CEO John Morgan, COO/CIO Dr. Jason Thomas, CFO Bill Stansbury, Dr. Edward Mariano, RN Jerry Allen, and Shelley Malsam.
