Forest Haven Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center, located at 175 Thrasher Drive in Jonesboro, has been recognized nationally for their commitment to providing the highest quality of care and enhancing the lives of their residents. 

Presented by the American Health Care Association / National Center for Assisted Living, at the 2023 AHCA Awards Ceremony in Denver,  the National Quality Award was received by Forest Haven Director, Sandra Billings. 

Forest Haven was one of only seven facilities in Louisiana to earn the honor and along with Autumn Leaves Nursing in Winnfield, one of only two hailing from population centers similar to Jonesboro.
