Jackson Parish 4-H enjoying many activities

October has been a busy month for Jackson Parish 4-H members. Activities were held at area schools, the junior leaders held their monthly meeting where Miss 4-H was named, the shooting sports interest meeting took place and entries for exhibits at the state fair was taken.

QHS 4-H and FFA honors Coach Harris

Quitman High School 4-H and FFA members planted a Crepe Myrtle in memory of Coach Harris.

Gracepoint Christian Academy 4-H Elects Officers

4-H members at Gracepoint Christian Academy worked on campaign slogans and voted for the Senior and Junior 4-H Officers for this year.

Winn Fair Champions receive High Point Buckles

The three Jackson Parish 4-H exhibitors who were named Grand Champion in their respective divisions at the Winn Parish Fair were presented with High Point Buckles by JP 4-H Director Kristina Bourgeois this past week.
