Parent / Legal Guardians must meet one of the following requirements.
- Works at least 20 hours a week
- Attends an accredited school or training program as a full time student
- Attends a combination of work and school
- Is actively seeking work
- Participated in a transitional living program
- Receives disability income
- Is experiencing homelessness
