“Throw me some beads, Mister!”
“Cut me a slice of that cake!” 

 Those were some of the the requests made by residents of Forest Haven Nursing Home on Tuesday, February 13th, as they along with the administration and staff celebrated Mardi Gras. 

A festive day was had by all as residents lined the hallways to watch the “Mardi Gras King” lead a parade of decorated and costumed participants file by adorned in Mardi Gras garb and masks. Following the indoor parade all gathered to sample the scrumptious King Cake, and enjoy the fellowship of friends and family.
