Forest Haven Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center, located at 175 Thrasher Drive in Jonesboro, announces that applications and interviews for the next CNA class are scheduled to begin on October 13th. 

If interested, stop by IN PERSON to complete an application anytime Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please bring a copy of your ID and Social Security card when applying. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
