Jonesboro-Hodge High School will host Merryville on Friday, April 25th, for a first-round Division IV baseball playoff game at the Tigers’ ballfield, located on Thrasher Drive in Jonesboro. First pitch is scheduled for 5:00 pm

Before the contest, a special “Senior Night” celebration will take place at 3:00 pm as Dakota Knox, Marquis Baker, Trey Trosclair, Jeremiah Turnage and John LeBlanc will be honored.

The group has been instrumental in helping the Tigers reach the postseason for the first time in six seasons and leading JHHS to a #13 seed after compiling a 14-7 record. 

To advance to the Regional Round, where they would play #4 seed Centerville, the Tigers must dispatch of #20 Merryville, who enters with an 8-11 record.
