The 2nd Annual Youth Career Expo will be held on Monday, April 27th, at the Charles H. Garrett Community Center, located at 160 Industrial Avenue in Jonesboro. The event will take place from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.

All junior high and high school students, along with their parents, are invited to attend this free event, designed to connect students with future employers from Jackson Parish and surrounding areas. A “brown bag” meal comprising a burger and chips will be provided.

The event is being sponsored by the Jackson Parish School District, Jackson Parish Sheriff’s Office, Jonesboro State Bank and the Workforce Development Board.
